Public or private message?

Videos, images, text – you chose the recipient(s). Public messages appear on the user's profile and are visible to all other users visiting the profile. To send public messages, you must add the recipient(s) to your contacts.
Private messages are only exchanged between friends. You can consult them in your in-box on your home page.

Comments allow for exchanges on sent messages. Want to answer, debate, or just express yourself? Click on the “comment” or “view discussion” link of the message to read other users’ contributions and to leave your own.

Your friends and fans.

To keep up with the news on your favorite profiles, all you have to do is add the contacts by clicking on “follow”. Doing so makes you a “fan”. You will be notified when a message is sent to the Public Profile of your contact.

You automatically become a friend when a Poodz user that you added to your contacts then adds you to his or her contacts. You can then exchange private messages, which appear in your in-boxes with your public messages, but that are only visible to you.

It’s impossible to feel alone with Poodz !

As soon as you register you have a first friend, Poodz, who knows every poodzer (Poodz user). Find all user pages on the Poodz profile, under “friends”. Now, it’s your turn!

Above all, Poodz is the way to podcast among friends. Introduce your buddies to micropodcasting – to invite them: nothing could be simpler! If you already have a Hotmail, Gmail or Twitter account, all you have to do is enter your e-mail address and password to obtain your address book securely. You can also enter your contacts manually.
Make sure you separate each e-mail address by using a semicolon.

Publishing my first video

Go to your Public Profile. After clicking on the video icon on your "my home" page, you can record up to 2 minutes with your webcam.
Once recorded, you can preview your video. Add a description of your video to the Message section. Once your message is ready, you can choose to send it just to your friends, or to all Poodz users!! This video is worth your while! You can export videos. Add comments. Copy a link or integrate embedded players into your personal pages.
